MORNING
PRE-WORKOUT
Gently wake up your skin with a creamy cleanser or with lukewarm water. If your skin feels dry (especially with the current weather), apply a small amount of moisturizer; it will help to nourish the skin and create a protective barrier against environmental triggers and avoid that “tight” feeling. SPF if you are working out outside, we know that the sun is not at its peak, but you still need that protection.
POST-WORKOUT
Continue with your normal morning regime. The skeleton of your skincare regime should include a gentle cleanser, a hydrating antioxidant serum, moisturizer & SPF.
EVENING
PRE-WORKOUT
Remove your make-up with the appropriate make-up remover. Balm and creamy cleansers are our favourite cleanser for dry skins. We know that they are not the best to use in gyms (hello panda eyes), but your skin will thank you. Don’t forget that it is not necessary to deep-cleanse your skin, as you will do it again after working out. If you feel that your skin is feeling uncomfortable, you can add a little bit of moisturizer or hydrating serum.
POST-WORKOUT
So this gets tricky. Are you planning to go out and re-wear make-up or go straight back home watch a movie and chill?
If a full make-up routine is involved, we would recommend following with a super simple skincare regime: gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, moisturizer & make-up. When you come back from your date, make sure to do your full evening regime.
If you are going back home and are too lazy to take all your night skincare products to go with the first two products of your routine which are your cleanser & hydrating serum. Once home, continue with your targeted serum and moisturizer
