MORNING
PRE-WORKOUT
Again, completely depends on how your skin feels in the morning! Personally, in winter my skin is more dry than usual, so I look to gently wake it up with a creamy cleanser before working out, but that’s because my oil flow is moderate. However, in summer I often find that my t-zone is more oily. Therefore, I use a very light foaming cleanser.
POST-WORKOUT
Continue with your normal morning regime. Normally, combination skin will have a light foaming cleanser, an antioxidant serum as well as a moisturizer that contains SPF. Again, it depends also on your skin mood. For example, my skin at the moment is more tight than usual, so I like to layer a light moisturizer with an SPF.
EVENING
PRE-WORKOUT
Cleansing your skin is essential for all skin types! Therefore, make sure to use the appropriate make-up remover. For an easy way out for make-up and other unwanted substances, we love oil cleansers, as they have the ability to attract those bad particles from the skin and wash them away. See you never! Well not really see you the day after.
POST-WORKOUT
I know we are repeating ourselves but are you planning to go out and re-wear make-up or go straight back home watch a movie and chill?
If you have dinner planned and want to wear some make-up we would recommend cleansing your skin with a light foaming cleanser, then use a hydrating serum and a light moisturizer. Once home, do your usual night regime.
If home sweet home is your final destination, then use a gentle foaming cleanser as well as a little bit of hydrating serum and do the rest of your routine at home. Remember that if you’re more than 10 min outside or in a tube you go back to 0 and do a full skincare regime.
