Our Top Tips:
You don’t need a PHD to use Skincare! Let’s not overcomplicate this; we don’t need 10-step routines! Let's try and move away from this fast-fashion approach to beauty. Instead, consider using minimising your routine, investing in products that truly deliver results. Reminder: as tempting as it is to believe, your bathroom cupboard doesn't need to book like a #skinfluencers!
Let’s take the guilt out of skincare… We are surrounded by constant pressure to look a certain way. But skincare isn’t about racing to an end result, or solving a problem. Instead, skincare should be about being present with yourself and looking after yourself, and getting back in touch with yourself! It shouldn’t be a chore or filled with guilt. Next time you're applying your skincare, take some time to enjoy the process!
Not all your products need to be super active! A gentle approach to skincare is key. Not all your products need to be targeting or fixing a problem. Sometimes, a gentle mask or a hydrating cleanser is enough. Often it's more than enough. Don't get TikTok influenced into thinking you need to be exfoliating everyday and double cleansing x2 a day, every day. A gentle approach to skincare will be beneficial in the long-run. Just trust the process!
