Definition: Plant and/or seed oils are high in fatty acids and antioxidant benefits. Seed oils in particular can be beneficial for dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin. Examples include: Jojoba oil, rosehip seed oil, sunflower seed oil, grapeseed oil, and evening primrose oil to name a few.
