We’ve been providing trustworthy skincare advice to consumers since 2017 and our years of experience have been eye-opening, giving us invaluable insight into our client base and the beauty industry. The more we delved into the industry, the more aware we became of its shortcomings. Not only have we reached peak information overload, but consumers are also less satisfied than ever before. Until, of course, after years of frustrating experiences, they finally find us.

We also realised that skincare courses were practically non-existent. The ones that did exist were (let’s be honest) a little bit outdated. That’s why we have created a fresh, exciting course that covers everything: from glycosaminoglycans to choosing the right ingredient for the right concern.

Our Skin Mentors® are the antithesis of impersonal algorithms and stuffy clinical advice, Lionne Skin Mentors® are more like your (very clever, skin-obsessed) friends, distilling the wildly confusing world of skincare into digestible, impartial – and fundamentally, realistic – advice, that actually works.

In order to qualify to be a Lionne Skin Mentor®, you will have to pass and complete our rigorous (and fun!) BABTAC-accredited training programme, which will not only arm you with an encyclopaedic knowledge of products and ingredients, but it will also educate you on what makes skin tick on a biological level. You’ll learn how to navigate between skincare brands while remaining unbiased and learn the best way to give trustworthy skin advice: everything you need to become a successful Lionne Skin Mentor®.

More than just education and empowerment, we wanted to transform Lionne into a community of like-minded skin lovers. It’s the opportunity we wish we had in the early days of Lionne: a space to build honest relationships with clients in an open and unbiased way. We have recorded more than 20 hours of presentations and also included exciting guest speakers to ensure that the Lionne skin education remains as on point as possible.

• Carry out virtual skin consultations, building strong relationships with your own clients and helping them to understand their skin!

• Educate your own clients, offering helpful, digestible skincare advice and recommending the most suitable and effective products for their unique skin.

• Access to our product database full of over 1,000 Lionne-approved products to recommend and of course our Lionne platform, which you will use to create each client’s skin profile!

• Access to up to date brand education with the potential to trial and review products from some of our favourite brands.

• Receive 60% commission on all the Skin Sessions you do, making this a profitable side-hustle.

The price of the course will be from £450*. We also have a payment plan option, meaning this cost can be split over 3 months resulting in a cost of £150 each.
